WPDSA Online Driver's Education Program

I have issues with accessing the WPDSA Online program.

If you are not able to access the WPDSA Online program, it may be due to:

1.  You are not using the correct username and/or password.

2.  You are not using the correct URL web site address to access the WPDSA Online program.

If you received a message the reads "Your login attempt was not successful", the username and/or password you are entering does not match what is in the system and you need to:

- make sure you are putting the hyphen (-) in the username.  (000-1234)
- make sure you are using CAPITAL letters in the password.  (123CL20)
- contact the driving school you are registered with to make sure you have the correct username and password.
- make sure you are logging in from the main web site of www.wpdsastudents.org to ensure you are using the most current version of the program.

If you enter the incorrect password more than 3 times, the system will lock you out and your account will need to be reset by WPDSA Online.  If you think you are locked out, please fill out and submit a Unit Problem Report and indicate in the text field that you may be locked out.  Locked accounts may take up to 48 hours to be unlocked once the Unit Problem Report is submitted.

If you have not had any activity on your account for more than six months, the system will deactivate your account.  You must contact the driving school you are registered with to have WPDSA Online reactivate your account due to no activity for more than 6 months.

Due to the way the WPDSA Online program is set up, WPDSA Online is NOT able to provide you with your username and password.  You MUST contact the driving school you are registered with for the username and password.
